While the website itself is intended to be used by children, this policy is intended to be read by adults. Children should check with a parent, guardian or teacher before using this website.

By using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following conditions of use.

This Terms of Service statement relates to the website www.sky-class.co.uk ("Service"). The term "Sky Class" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website, Matthew Philip Jones. The term "you" or "your" refers to the user or viewer of the website.

The use of Sky Class is subject to the following conditions:

Your responsibilities:

1. If you sign up and access the School Console, you must only register or join schools that you are employed by. Any impersonation of a school which you do not belong to is a breach of this condition and we reserve the right to terminate your account. This is to keep all our students safe.
2. You must be over 18 to create a teacher account with us, or contact us.
3. If you sign up and set up a class on the School Console, you must not use for a class public key any string of characters which you use for a password on another computer system. As public keys are shared with other staff members, parents and students, this is in order to protect your own security.
4. Where Sky Class allows you to enter or submit content, whether that be publicly visible or visible within a closed community such as a class or a school, you must not use language which may be reasonably deemed to be offensive, contain swear words or discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, age, sexuality or any other category. User uploaded content must not infringe children's rights under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). If you are not sure if your content may be viewed as offensive, don't submit it. This includes, for example, uploading spelling lists.

Providing our services to you

1. Sky Class reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. The content of the Service is for general information and use only. While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct we make no warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Service. Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.
3. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Service.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Service for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Service meet your specific requirements. Those using the materials are encouraged to carefully check their suitability for use.
6. The Service may contain user-submitted resources which are not owned by us or licensed to us. These resources may be freely used by teachers in their own classrooms.
7. Other forms of reproduction, in part or entirely, of the code or game design are prohibited without prior written permission of Sky Class.
